Two Transaction Advisory Services Agreements were signed at P4A, Lahore, engaging the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as Transaction Advisor for the Water Supply and Sanitation PPP Projects in Kasur and Chakwal, with the Municipal Committee and WASA of each city as joint Clients. IFC will conduct technical, legal, environmental, social and financial due diligence.
