The Communication and Works Department has invited sealed bids from qualified private sector entities for the dualization of the Chiniot–Sargodha Road, together with the long-term operation and maintenance of the Faisalabad–Chiniot Road, under a Public Private Partnership (Build-Operate-Transfer) arrangement. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 24 September 2026 at 1100 hours, and bids must be submitted by 19 October 2026 at 1400 hours. Bidding documents are available on the C&W, P4A, and Punjab PPRA websites.
