The forum was briefed on the approval of the PPP concept by the PPP Steering Committee — a transformative initiative spanning 31 proposed hostel sites across the province.

Stressing the power of collaboration, the CEO P4A called for close coordination between P4A, UNDP, relevant government departments, and participating universities to ensure the programme delivers real, lasting impact. Discussions also mapped out the immediate roadmap — demand assessment, technical due diligence, financial feasibility, and the development of robust, bankable PPP structures.
