P4A Conducts Orientation Session on Public Private Partnerships with Commissioner Sahiwal Division
P4A conducted an orientation session on PPPs with the Commissioner Sahiwal Division and officers of the divisional administration. The session provided an overview of the PPP framework under the Punjab PPP Act 2025 and the PPP Rules 2025, the project lifecycle from concept to execution, and the role of the divisional administration in identifying and facilitating PPP projects. It was discussed that an Annual District Plan will be developed for the execution of projects under the PPP mode. Potential projects identified during the session include healthcare facilities, urban development, and road sector initiatives.
