The Punjab Public-Private Partnership Authority (P4A) organised an orientation session with the Additional Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division, and the Deputy Commissioners of the Division, to familiarize participants with the legal and institutional framework governing Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Punjab.
A central focus of the session was the enhanced role of Divisional Commissioners under the Punjab PPP Rules 2025, who are now empowered to approve and implement PPP projects of up to PKR 500 million at the divisional level.
