The PMS serves as a comprehensive digital platform that enables efficient project oversight through real-time data access, improved transparency, and coordination among stakeholders. A significant feature of the system is online submission of concept papers and project proposals for both solicited and unsolicited PPP projects, ensuring a streamlined, standardized, and transparent process.
