A meeting of the Bid Opening and Evaluation Committee (BOEC) was held at C&W Department for the opening of bids submitted by bidders for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) road sector projects under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode.
During the meeting, bids received from bidders were opened in accordance with the prescribed procurement procedures.
