On December 18, 2023, a Consultative Meeting on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) convened under the Chairmanship of Chairman P&D Board. The primary objective was to foster a collaborative environment encouraging administrative departments in Punjab to actively engage in executing Social Sector PPP projects. A healthy participation from various government departments including Health, Education, Transport, Local Government & Community Development, Agriculture, Livestock & Dairy Development, tourism participated and contributed valuable insights, shared their perspectives and expertise, collectively laying the groundwork for progressive initiatives.
This session served as a platform for dialogue, encouraging brainstorming and the exchange of ideas for the advancement of Punjab's social sector initiatives through PPPs. It emphasized the significance of collaborative efforts between the public and private sectors, highlighting the potential for innovative solutions and sustainable development.
