The Management School of Lancaster University published the achievements of Amjad Ali Awan CEO Punjab PPP Authority after his visit. Vice Chancellor Lancaster University Prof. Andy Schofield especially invited Mr. Awan to share his views and experience regrading sustainable and resilient infrastructure in the context of climate change in Pakistan. The symposium has also explored efforts of the experts on climate disaster and how they can work for the benefit of both our community and climate through design research, environmental projects and community-led collective action programs. The event also supported the sharing of knowledge and creation of networks in ways that build understanding and uncover opportunities for future collaboration in teaching, research and engagement. Key management and students were also invited to join with community members in exploring the impacts of climate change and how collaborative efforts can be made to mitigate its adverse effects.
