Overview
The dualization of the Chiniot–Sargodha Road (CSR), along with the O&M of the Faisalabad–Chiniot Road (FCR), constitutes a single integrated 68 km PPP project to enhance connectivity, improve access to the motorway network, and support sustainable regional growth. The GoPb will provide encumbrance-free land (CSR) and grant O&M rights (FCR), while the private partner will design, finance, construct, and operate/maintain the corridor.

Role of Government Agency:
  • Provision of encumbrance-free land of Chiniot–Sargodha Road
  • Provision of O&M rights of Faisalabad–Chiniot Road
Role of Private Party:
  • Design, engineering, procurement, construction, and financing
  • O&M of the entire 68 km during the contract period
  • Revenue through toll collection
  • Transfer to government at concession end

  • Faisalabad–Sahianwala (Canal Expressway) & FSD–Samundari–Rajana
  • Faisalabad Ring Road
These projects support sustainable maintenance of Punjab’s provincial road network through private-sector expertise, performance-based KPIs, improved road safety, and better service standards through modern tolling/monitoring systems.

Role of Government Agency:
  • GoPb will complete road rehabilitation before handover
  • GoPb will cover major maintenance at end of concession
